Abstract: The article is the attempt of the reconstruction of the Nitzche’s theory concept ressentiment, which we can describe as the “political psychology of the resentment personality”. (The personality is symbolized by the figure of the “priest” – “the reigning slave”). The Nitzsche theory is made the most in the different area of the social and humanistic science, especially in the political science. This theory do not commensurate with the expectation of many contemporary researchers and from the other side Nitzsche’s obscure arguments seems to be read in too simply way. The best way to understand Nitzsche’s theory is to analyze deeply the concept foundation of this theory, which is describe in the first part of this article and a little differently in the second part of the article according to Bernard Reginster who gives the essential view on the idea of the relation “owner-slave”
