Intellectuals and politicians had wanted to organize the collaboration all Slavs against pressure of germanization in the German and Austria-Hungary Empires. The Czechs’ struggle with regime of the Austria-Hungary Empire had shown the important place of this nation among the family of Slavic nations. Czechs had adopted many good patterns of management from Germans and they had used it as arms in the endeavors for national independence, mainly in peasant’s agrarian movement. They also had oriented for assistance of the Russia Empire against German’s domination. Russia was the great hope for leaders of Czech peasant’s movement, but this empire had been uncompromising against the Polish independence movement, so Russia had made difficulties in establishing common activity of the Slavic Bloc. This collaboration between Slavs, which had made many endeavors in economic and cultural areas, had been broken out at beginning of the I world war, but many these ideas had been realized by Czech and another peasant’s leaders in the Middle East and South Europe during the war and later on
